Officials at Camp Tukaway, the Grace Brethren-sponsored camp in Blacksburg, Va., had reported the death of a long-time camper, Andrew Scott Lutz. Andrew died in a one-car accident on Sunday morning near Riner, Va.
Here is the post from the Camp Tukaway Facebook page:
It is with a heavy heart that we post about the home going of one of our favorite campers. Andrew has been coming here for summer camp for years. We watched him mature from an irritating Middle Schooler to a young adult, willing to help with whatever he could. He died in a single car accident on his way to work Sunday Morning. He was a faithful attender of the Fairlawn Grace Brethren Church. We have been waiting for the obituary to be published before saying anything on Facebook. His smiling face will be missed by all who knew him.
