Word has been received of the death of Nancy Peugh, wife of Roger Peugh, a long-time faculty member at Grace College and Seminary. The couple also served as missionaries in Germany.
Here is information that was sent by Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church (Bruce Barlow, lead pastor), where the Peughs were long-time members:
Please pray for Roger Peugh and the family as his wife, Nancy, went to be with the Lord at 2:48 this morning.
Many of you know that she had a heart attack on September 19, and three stents were placed in her heart. She came home on September 22 and was recovering well.
Nancy began having symptoms of another heart attack last evening, so Roger took her to KCH. She was then flown by helicopter to Fort Wayne, where doctors found that she had a clot in the area where the stents had been placed. Her heart was badly damaged and one part had stopped functioning. She passed away at 2:48 a.m. Daughter, Lynae (along with husband, Alf, and their daughter, Adeline) and son, Phil, were with Roger at the hospital.
Funeral arrangements will be posted here when they become available.
