Team East – Like a PROgram – June 23rd
Today was a fun day for Team East! It was also the first day that Team East got to experience OB by themselves, as today marked the first day of tour! Orientation wrapped up this morning after some rigorous three group practices. Following the final practices of skits, puppets, and mimes, Team East students were able to have lunch with CE National staff and have conversation with them. The staff then provided opportunities for the students to serve through various manual labor projects.
After finishing at CE National, the team went into three group review, where each group would perform the programming bits they had been practicing to determine it’s readiness for use. This was a fun time, and students really encouraged each other by cheering and dancing along! Later, Team East made its first stop on tour at Community Grace Brethren Church in Warsaw, Indiana, where we saw God do some cool things.

Team Buckeye: Day 1: On the Run
The energy from last night carried over to this morning… 3 Group review! We saw everyone else’s dazzling performances. The students “got it down super-fast in just 3 days.”
Today we had the honor and privilege of putting our learned skills to use! We visited Grace Village and put on our first performance for the residents. We enjoyed getting the chance to spend time chatting with the residents, sharing and praying… and taking selfies! The kids had a blast, as did the residents!
