Reports this week from the Central African Republic (CAR) detail how rebels have been making their way across the country in opposition to the current government.
According to posts on Facebook and the Encompass World Partners web page, Grace Brethren missionaries in Bangui have been evacuated to Cameroon. (See Details on CAR Evacuation.) Another posting details the plight the Central Africans find themselves in. (See Note from Dr. Hibaile in Bangui.)
Jim Hocking, of ICDI, who has an extended program of water well drilling and other ministries in CAR, reported on his Facebook page this morning, “Our team is still all safe but things are not looking good for those living in Bangui and those in along these roads.
