For our first full day in Cameroon, we were hosted by Frank and Karin Puhl (pictured) and their family. After ministering for 15 years in Chad, the Puhls came to Cameroon to become assistant director of GBIM’s Africa ministry, helping to oversee all ministry in Cameroon, Chad, Central African Republic, and Nigeria.
The Puhls graciously hosted us for dinner and a “cultural education” session in their home, and then Karin took us on a tour of three Grace Brethren churches and two Christian bookstores in the capital city.
The Puhls will be leaving for Germany in July, to accommodate the schooling of their children, and Frank will help direct the work from there. Jim and Debbie Momeyer and family will arrive soon, and will be living in the home the Puhls will vacate.
