Diane Miller, administrator at Camp Conquest, Denver, Pa., has been nominated to be included in the Camp Administrator Hall of Fame.
The nomination form says, “Diana works at camp year round and many hours throughout the summer. She plays a major role in staying on top of the many registrations we get for camp for summer and off-season retreats. She hunts down people who have not finished their applications and spends many hours contacting camper families, volunteers, and staff who are coming to camp. She organizes our registration program and keeps files up to date. She is often a got between for us with parents and staff. She answers many emails and puts out many fires. She is amazing at keeping people up to date and communicating any changes to programs. She answers endless questions from parents and does it with patience and grace. She is also the lovely voice people first hear when they call camp and she helps answer questions and direct them to the right people. She is active in marketing and promotion, working with the companies we use to create our materials.”
