Central Ohio volunteers label, distribute soap bars to combat sex trafficking
Ahead of the Arnold Sports Festival, volunteers in Central Ohio are stressing that the Buckeye State is one of the top states for sex trafficking in the country.
That’s one reason why the S.O.A.P. Project, which stands for Save Our Adolescents from Prostitution, gathered on Saturday to wrap, pack and deliver bars of soap to nearly 150 hotels in and around Columbus.
Each bar of soap is wrapped and labeled with the National Human Trafficking Hotline Number.
