The team of construction workers from Winona Lake, Indiana, Grace Brethren Church (John Teevan, pastor) arrived back in the States yesterday after a successful time of building an orphan care center in the Central African Republic.
Missionary Jim Hocking said, “God has been so good and the rains did hold off enough for us to get the roof on and the front area completed. There is still more masonry to do at each end of the building and at the back but the inside will now remain dry.
We have given the national team a break to catch their breath before we restart in two weeks to get more of the finishing touches done. Working in Africa is an experince in patience and adaptation and this team from the Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church was phenomenal at it.
Thank you so much WLGBC for sending such quality people to us!” (photo courtesy ICDI)
