Sunday, October 25, 2020, has been designated as Charis Celebration Sunday. Charis Fellowship congregations in North America are invited to join Charis Alliance churches from twenty countries in celebrating the global impact of our movement.
Churches may sign up to join the celebration (and receive supportive materials) at charisalliance.org/en/home.php.
In addition, the Charis Global Prayer Walk (November 1 -30), will provide opportunities for church members to join thousands of likeminded leaders and churches in celebration and in daily intercession for the worldwide Charis Alliance movement. Each day will focus on a specific country where the movement is active. A daily prayer guide is available that features the country, the status of churches, photos of key leaders, and specific prayer requests. Subscribe to the daily prayer guide at charisalliance.org/en/home.php.
The Charis Alliance is comprised of associations of churches around the world. Member Associations of the Charis Alliance are located in Argentina, Bahamas, Brazil, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Chad, Central African Republic, France, Haiti, Mexico, Nigeria, Philippines, and United States of America. Observer Associations are located in Chile, Germany, Guatemala, Japan, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, and Uruguay. (Future Associations are planned for Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ireland, Kyrgyzstan, Sudan, Thailand, Trinidad, Turkey, and Vietnam.)
The churches of The Charis Alliance share a common quest — to faithfully and creatively represent God’s Son and God’s Word among the diverse cultures of our world. While individual churches and groups of churches maintain their autonomy, the Charis Alliance provides a platform for these churches to pursue matters of common benefit and interest.
