Over the weekend, delegates from around the world have arrived in Bangkok, Thailand, for Charis International Leadership Encounter (CILE) 2015. Beginning tomorrow, 30 delegates from all the countries of Charis will gather to consider, improve and endorse The Charis Commitment to Common Identity. This will be the culmination of a three-year effort to create a truly global expression of common values and beliefs of our movement.
Delegates will also receive reports from each country concerning progress in implementing The Charis Commitment to Common Mission (CCCM). Adopted by the delegates of the 2008 Charis gathering, the CCCM serves to focus our regional and international cooperation in the areas of church planting, leadership training, and integrated ministries.
Watch the Charis Alliance blog for more information and join the Charis Prayer Chain to commit to praying on a specific day and time.
