The Charis International Leadership Encounter (CILE) kicked off this morning in Bangkok, Thailand, as Franck Segonne from Dijon, France, welcomed delegates.
There are 19 countries represented and 30 delegates, based on the number of Grace Brethren churches in their country.

Today’s schedule included a devotional by Eduardo Prizzi from Argentina and worship led by a team from France, including Paul Klawitter, Kevin Stauffer, and Florent Varak. This afternoon, Klawitter, Varak, and Jason Weimer, an Encompass World Partners staff member, reviewed and celebrated progress in the three areas of the Commitment to Common Mission — church planting, leadership development, and integrated ministries.
