Back on June 30 we ran a posting from Pastor Kork Moyer at the Still Waters Grace Brethren Church in Pottstown, PA, about the local flooding and the great need for assistance.
FGBC Fellowship Coordinator Tom Avey has notified us that $5,000 from the FGBC’s Disaster Relief Fund has been sent to assist the Pottstown church. The FGBC Disaster Relief Fund has been formed provide relief for our neighbors who are affected by major disasters.
The Disaster Relief Fund continues to collect and disburse funds through Grace Brethren Churches to provide “up-front-and-personal” help when disaster strikes.
