Jonas Winbolt at JRTC
Army Chaplain Jonas Winbolt will join his unit in a training deployment at the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Polk, LA, later this month. While the military trains routinely and does everything it can to reduce risk, it is never something to take for granted. Pray for his unit and for opportunities to share the Gospel during the almost 4 weeks at JRTC.
Schumacher Update
Retired Army Chaplain and Charis Fellowship Endorsing Agent, John Schumacher, was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer and was beginning treatment. In the middle of October, John suffered a hemorrhagic stroke. The primary impact affects his balance. As of the writing of this update, John is in a rehab facility with very limited access for Martha. Pray for strength and recovery for John and continue to pray for Martha as well.
