Grace College and Seminary, Winona Lake, Ind., reports a record enrollment this fall for the fourth consecutive year. As of September 4, a total of 1,633 students have enrolled for the 2009-2010 academic year, topping the 2008 enrollment of 1,508 by 8.3 percent.
The combination of new students and a high student retention rate of upperclassmen contributed to the increase this year, according to Grace officials. Although the number of new freshmen is less than last year, strong enrollment in the college’s GOAL degree-completion program, its prison education program, and graduate programs resulted in the new record.
