Have you longed to connect with fellow church members on a deeper level, to get beyond the small talk, and to share life? Pastor Randy Frazee’s passion is connection, and his desire is to share his passion with others.
Frazee, along with Eric Wright, will be teaching “The Connecting Church” in the Equip05 conference to be held at Winona Lake, IN, July 31-August 5, 2005. The class is designed to connect churches by establishing a foundation for biblical community.
Frazee is the senior pastor of Pantego Bible Church in Arlington, TX. A graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, Frazee has spoken many times at the Willow Creek Association conferences and has published articles in Leadership Journal. He also wrote The Connecting Church, a book on church community, published in 2001 by Zondervan Publishing House.
Any church leader can benefit from Frazee’s class. The course will first inform the participant of some common problems within churches, such as individualism, isolation, and consumerism, and will then illustrate how to overcome them by establishing relationships between members and learning how to be interdependent instead of independent.
Employing “The Connecting Church” can change hearts as it changes habits. The course will be offered August 1 and 2 from 9 a.m. until noon and 1:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. More information on this or any other Equip05 class can be found by contacting your local church or online at www.fgbc.org.
