Andrea Farren, a graduating senior and a student from The National Institute, the youth ministry department at Grace College overseen by CE National, has been recognized with the Outstanding Youth Ministry Award.
The following was read to the student body by Dr. Jeff Gill during the awards chapel at Grace College this past week: “For two years, this student attended Grace College’s Weber School in Fort Wayne before transferring to our Winona Lake campus. In the two years since arriving here, she has been directly involved in leading a growth group on campus, served as a teaching assistant in the youth ministry program, helped lead numerous ministry trips to the Urban Hope Training Center in Philadelphia, served on the youth staff of a local church–all the while being a responsible student in the classroom. This year’s Outstanding Youth Ministry Student is Andrea Farren.”
Andrea is graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in May, will serve another summer as an Operation Barnabas leader, and then be a representative and assistant at the Momentum Youth Conference. To send congratulations to Andrea on her honor, you may write her at farrenal@grace.edu.
