The recital will include original works from Brath as well as classics from Mangore, Sarasate, Mozart, and Bach.
The Worship Arts Spring Recital will be held on Thursday, April 25, at 7 p.m., at Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church (WLGBC), 1200 Kings Highway, Winona Lake, Ind. The recital is free and open to the public and will feature piano, voice, and guitar solo and ensemble pieces. Grace College students will perform a wide variety of music from classical to contemporary.
On Sunday, May 5, the Lancer Chorus, Worship Arts String and Guitar Ensembles, and Coram Deo, Grace’s traveling worship team, will present music from their summer tour in France. The concert will take place at 7 p.m. at WLGBC. The theme for the concert and the tour is Psalm 67, “Let the peoples praise you, O God!” A free-will offering will be taken to support the 20 students and five professors as they perform music in churches throughout the Burgundy region of France.
