Family and friends of Ted and Dawn Rondeau have set up a recovery fund to help them recover from a motorcycle accident on Thursday night in Atlanta. Ted received only bruises, but Dawn experienced severe and painful injuries. Below is information which was posted on the FCMC Facebook page. Click here for more information on the accident.
As many of you have heard by now FCMC* Founder & President Ted Rondeau and his wife Dawn were hit by a distracted driver while on their motorcycle vacationing & ministry travel in Florida & Georgia last Thursday. Ted received only minor bruises but his dear wife was hurt significantly – not life threatening, but severely painful and debilitating with multiple fractures (both legs, 5 ribs, collar bone) and collapsed lung. They are in a trauma center in Atlanta where Dawn is beginning the healing process after successful surgery. They will be there for several more days and then be faced with the challenge of getting home to Indiana and all the necessary medical equipment and services that will be needed to adjust home life. Many hundreds of friends and family have reached out to cover them with prayer, well wishes, and offers of aid. Several leaders of the Region 1 ABATE of Indiana, the FC Brothers MC team, Encompass World Partners, and family have stepped up to research options, gather resources, and make arrangements while they focus on recovery. Below you’ll find an online donation link for any who would wish to contribute to the costs of transport and equipping recovery. All proceeds from this link will be applied 100% to the Rondeau’s needs at this time.
Thank you all for your love and support of this dear couple.
