The Grace Brethren Investment Foundation (GBIF) has recently approved a first mortgage loan of $3.4 million for the combined ministries of the East Side Grace Brethren Church (Pastor Chip Heim)/ Grace Christian School (Administrator Cindy Phillips) in Blacklick, Ohio, to refinance two existing GBIF notes and add $2.6 million to construct a 30,000 square foot addition for both church and school use. The new facility is much needed as the school anticipates a record enrollment of students this fall at their elementary and middle Christian schools.
“The GBIF is deeply appreciative of our long-standing relationship with these vital Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches ministries and look forward to this new partnership expansion of seeking to win and teach young and old alike for Christ,” shares Ken Seyfert, executive director of operations.
The church and school is located at 7510 East Broad Street, Blacklick, Ohio.
