Grace Brethren International Missions (GBIM) is inviting congregations within the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches to join in a 62-day virtual prayer walk across the world.
The prayer walk will provide an opportunity for individuals to join in common intercession for global ministries using the newly-designed Global Ministries Prayer Guide as a tool.
The prayer guide takes participants on a daily spiritual journey and introduces them to the regions, countries, and nations of the world. Prayer partners can also meet the GBIM family of missionaries and national ministry partners.
“Prayer is absolutely indispensable to missions,” said David Guiles, the executive director of GBIM. “Through prayer we acknowledge our dependency and align our efforts with His divine purposes.”
“This prayer walk provides another opportunity for us to do together, something of great spiritual significance,” said Guiles, noting this is the first time the entire Fellowship has been invited to take such a journey together.
The prayer walk will begin on March 3 and continues until May 2. To obtain the prayer guide and other resources, go to gbim.org/prayerwalk.
