Andrew Flamm, Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), has been named as the Vice President of Advancement at Grace College and Seminary, Winona Lake, Ind. He has more than eight years of leadership and fundraising experience, having worked and led in multiple areas of advancement including alumni relations, planned giving, annual fund, major gifts, donor research, and capital campaigns.
Flamm received a bachelor’s degree from Cedarville University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University. He was formerly director of annual giving at Cedarville University, where he was integral in developing Cedarville’s Major Gifts program and executing multiple capital campaigns. Recently he took on a new challenge at Manchester University, a $100 million comprehensive campaign.
“The position of Vice President of Advancement requires a unique blend of leadership and front-line fundraising,” said Grace President Dr. Bill Katip. “Flamm has a solid track record in both of these areas and I believe that Grace College and Seminary will benefit greatly from his knowledge and expertise.”

Flamm is a former board member and vice-chair for non-profit The Gathering of the Miami Valley, president of his Home Owners Association, and an Alumni Council board member. He also speaks for high school leadership conferences and is attending Christ’s Covenant Church in Winona Lake, Indiana. He now resides in Winona Lake.
