Tigers have lots of new faces
Experience is an asset that the Wheaton Warrenville South boys basketball team possesses in short supply.
Senior forward Joe Metzger, who averaged 5.5 points last season, is the lone returning player with significant experience. The Tigers’ roster consists of many new faces, including Wheaton Academy transfer Josh Ruggles. …Ruggles committed to Grace College in early November. A 3-point specialist, Ruggles said Grace College was the perfect fit for him.
“The coaches and players are awesome,” Ruggles said of his decision to sign with Grace College. “I got to meet with a lot of teachers, and just the feel of the campus, it felt right. I knew that would be the right place for me to play at in the future.”
