The Grace College student who pulled a Grace Brethren worship pastor and his wife from their burning vehicle several weeks ago will be honored tomorrow by the Kosciusko County (Ind.) Sheriff’s Department. Tyler Rothhaar witnessed the accident along U.S. 30 near Pierceton and helped pull Jeremy and Crista Noland from their vehicle. The Nolands, who serve at the Grace Brethren Church, Delaware, Ohio (Gary Underwood, pastor), were on their way to Winona Lake, Ind., to sing for a friend’s wedding. Citizen Award Presentation To Take Place Tomorrow For Grace Student Who Saved Motorist’s Life
The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department will join Grace College tomorrow in presenting an award to a Grace student who is credited with saving the life of a motorist after a traffic accident earlier this month. Tyler Rothhaar of Ligonier was driving on US 30 at SR 13 March 11 when a four-vehicle accident happened at that intersection.
