Baker Academic Publishers has released a new book written by professors Brent Sandy and Dan O’Hare of the Grace College, (Winona Lake, IN) Bible department.
The book is entitled Prophecy and Apocalyptic: An Annotated Bibliography. It is one of 14 volumes in a series of bibliographies produced under the auspices of the Institute for Biblical Research.
Sandy and O’Hare’s book is a carefully selected bibliography, representing the best sources available for the study of prophecy and apocalyptic. As many as 200 articles and books appear each year, and they selected the 550 most helpful ones ever published.
For each entry the authors provide a summary describing the main point and contribution of the book or essay.
Both Sandy and O’Hare are graduates of Grace College and Grace Theological Seminary. O’Hare is a Ph.D. student at the University of Notre Dame and teaches part-time at Grace College. Sandy, a graduate of Duke University, chairs the Religious Studies department.
