House announces run for city council
Former Greenville City Councilperson Sue House would like to serve another term on the board. House recently filed her petition with the Darke County Board of Elections to seek a seat on Greenville City Council as an at-large member. She filed as a Democrat.
House served on council from 1998-2001 and been active in the community by serving with Downtown Greenville, Inc. (now Main Street Greenville), GPAT Board, volunteered with Darke County Animal Shelter and is a member of the Friends of the Darke County Animals Shelter. She also is a member of the Grace Brethren Church. While on council, she served on the committees for Law, Miscellaneous Affairs and Priority Needs, Zoning, Planning & Governmental Relations and Personnel & Public Relations.
