A Grace Brethren church in Winona Lake, Indiana (New Horizon Community Church, Scott Barger, pastor) is taking the lead in spotlighting poverty and its problems in the Warsaw/Winona Lake community.
In this photo, which is part of a multiple set of articles on poverty, Ken Locke, Community Ministries Director of the Kosciusko County Salvation Army, addresses a crowd at See the Need on Thursday. The exhibit, at New Horizon Community Church, 1300Wooster Road, Winona Lake, is open Saturday evening from 6 to 11 p.m. The exhibit is aimed at raising awareness about local poverty issues.
