The Wild West is coming to Lancaster County, Pa.! Grace Church, a Grace Brethren church in Lititz, Pa. (Scott Distler, pastor), is sponsoring a family-friendly rodeo on June 24. The free community outreach will be complete with bull riding, trick riding, roping, calf roping, steer roping, pony rides, petting zoo, pig chase, music, contests, food and more.
The event coincides with the end of orientation for Operation Barnabas (OB), the summer ministry training program for teenagers that is sponsored by CE National. More than 100 teens and leaders who are participating in OB will assist with the rodeo before hitting the road to minister in Grace Brethren churches in the east and south for the next month.
