The Martinsburg, Pa., Grace Brethren Church (Brian McCall, executive pastor), will be hosting a Night of Worship with the Jordan Howerton Band on Thursday, October 1 at 7:00 p.m.
JHB led students in worship this Summer at Momentum Youth Conference and the church is thrilled to host them for this event. The Jordan Howerton Band is emerging as one of this generation’s most energetic and authentic worship bands. Rarely do you find a band as humble and servant minded as JHB. They are a tight-knit group of guys from the Midwest with an infectious spirit for the Kingdom of Jesus. They lead thousands of people in worship every year while traveling to events and churches around the nation. Their authentic leadership is seen on and off the stage. They know the value in relationships and not just moments. That is evident in the way they interact with the people they’re leading.
Doors open for the Night of Worship at 6:30 p.m., and the cost of admission will be a $5 cash donation at the door. No advanced tickets will be available. In addition, the band will also be offering Worship Team Training from 4:00-5:30 p.m. at MGBC. Anybody involved in leading praise and worship at your church is invited to attend. Those who attend the worship team training will be able to choose seats before general admission begins!
