Momentum Ministry Partners, a national ministry of the Charis Fellowship, announced a new podcast. Below is a statement from Eric Miller, director of ministry operations, released in the Momentum newsletter.
Introducing the Momentum Ministry Partners Podcast! When Jeff & I first started brainstorming about launching a Momentum Podcast we wanted it to be something that truly met a need for pastors, ministry leaders, and parents alike. I can’t say we fully expected the end result to quite look like this, but we fully believe that the content is something that will add value to those we’re seeking to serve. We wanted to put a podcast together based primarily on the questions that we were asked over and over again this summer through Momentum on the Road. At each location we had the opportunity to serve alongside many youth pastors and youth workers as well as their students who regularly asked some very similar questions. At each location we also were able to spend time with some of the parents of the students who attended and the questions they asked were similar in nature as well. It has been our aim to now take those many questions on the topics of gender confusion, same sex attraction, identity, and broken sexuality and to provide a resource that would help our listeners navigate those topics in a way that allows them to love and lead like Christ. We’d be honored if you would listen and send us your questions that we can discuss to as a resource to you and others in our upcoming episodes. You can find us by searching “Momentum Ministry Partners Podcast” wherever you find podcasts (Apple, Spotify, Amazon, Audible, Android, etc.), and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your questions.
