Today’s the day a multi-national team from Grace Brethren churches and ministries heads to Ecuador to help with earthquake relief. Here is yesterday’s report from Barb Wooler, director of crisis response for Encompass World Partners.
T -12 HOURS TO DEPLOYMENT
Tomorrow (Saturday) morning the team of 11 members from five Latin American countries will be boarding planes to arrive in Canoa, Ecuador, via Quito.
One of the ministries of the team will be providing trauma debriefing. Please PRAY for Agostina Pizzi and Tatiana Marcelo Gonzalez, who will be leading the trauma ministry (both are trained psychologists).
PRAY that God will use the team will help many people start the trauma healing process. Pray that God will give them confidence as they minister in this important role.
