Many women have been thrust into ministries they never dreamed they would be involved in. Others have never had an opportunity to receive formal training in Bible study methods and the myriad of other challenges called for while serving in the church. Women who are already in ministry are looking for quality training to develop their leadership skills. Some need interaction with and challenge from others in ministry.
Grace Theological Seminary and Women of Grace USA are partnering to offer opportunities for women to receive either a certificate in Women’s Leadership Studies or a master’s degree in Local Church Ministry with a specialization in Women’s
Leadership.
The Certificate involves CEU (continuing education units) credits (10 hours=1 CEU). Th e M.A. involves the same classes, but requires pre and postcourse work consistent with an online M.A. Classes will be off ered on a weekend twice a year in different regions of the country. The courses would be a hybrid, with 12 hours of class over a weekend plus additional online interaction. Classes will also be available at Equip conferences for CEU or M.A. credit.
