Pump Patrol usually reports on what gasoline prices are, or were, but today we’ve got a report on what the gas price will be at one location.
Osceola Grace Brethren Church is sponsoring a gas-price reduction this morning at the Smith’s 66 Food Mart at old 33 and Ash Road.
From 9 a.m. until noon, gas will be selling at 25 cents less than the normal price, with a limit of 20 gallons each for those who line up for the promotion.
The discounted gas will be sold first-come, first-served.
The promotion is to encourage people to come to the church’s Easter services at 8:30 or 10:30 a.m. April 16. There will be a free continental breakfast between services for those who attend. The church is on Apple Road, 2 miles south of Lincoln Way.
