Eight students who have been part of Project Hope and Charité gathered with the missionaries recently to celebrate their high school graduation.
Encompass missionaries in the Central African Republic gathered recently with the students of Project Hope and Charité who have graduated from high school. Each was presented with a French Bible including a page with a Bible verse each missionary picked especially for the graduates. Missionary Mark Simms challenged them to pursue excellence, and Pastor Laurent Selonkouw encouraged them to work with all their might.
A number of the students are headed to college. Each graduate has been offered a $400 scholarship to help with his or her first year of school.
