At Vision Conference in Atlanta in 2013, incoming executive director of the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches, Bartley Sawatsky, outlined his goals for his three-year term. It included “Develop a new youthful branding of the FGBC.” The Fellowship Council agreed and created a task force including Bartley, Tim Hodge, Scott Avey, and Scott Feather.
This task force has been working hard involving hundreds of FGBC pastors and leaders in the discussion. It was decided by the Fellowship Council that this new brand would not be a new name for the corporation but rather a doing-business-as (DBA) name for our fellowship with a new logo.
The rebranding task force is excited to make an announcement on November 7 at 2:00 (EST) in the afternoon!
This will be a live stream event available at fgbc.org. The event will be recorded and linked to the new website for the FGBC on the following day.
