Dr. Tammy Schultz, who has served on the Grace College and Graduate School faculty for 19 years, says farewell to colleagues with a “selfie.”
Farewells were said today to Dr. Tammy Schultz, long-time Grace College faculty member, who has accepted a position at Wheaton College beginning in the fall. Colleagues, former and current students, and friends greeted her at a reception at the William Male Center for Seminary and Graduate Studies on the Grace campus.
Dr. Schultz has taught full-time in the Graduate Department of Counseling and Interpersonal Relations, including a stint as department chair, since 1995. Her interests center on healing from suffering, as well as prayer. She has co-authored two books, both with BMH Books: Transformed in His Presence: The Need for Prayer in Counseling, written with Dr. Roger Peugh, and Beyond Desolate: Hope Versus Hate in the Rubble of Sexual Abuse, written with Hannah Estabrook.
Prior to coming to Grace, she counseled full-time at the Winnipeg Christian Counseling Group in Winnipeg, Canada and taught part-time at Providence Seminary.
