Elizabeth Ann Griffith, 29, of Ashland was called home on August 16, 2016. She is now at peace as she is dancing, singing, and talking with her Lord.
She was born on September 29, 1986, in Cleveland, Ohio.
Elizabeth attended Ashland High School and the Ashland County West-Holmes Career Center, where she took culinary classes. She was a member of Lifeworx and made many friends there. Elizabeth loved spending time at the Ashland Kroc Center. She was known for her feistiness and humor. Although Elizabeth struggled on this Earth, she loved to laugh and hug. In Elizabeth’s earlier years she enjoyed playing video games with her sister. She was a typical kid who loved to go outside and play in the dirt. Elizabeth lived her life to the fullest.
Elizabeth loved to attend church and Bible studies any chance she had. She called EastGate Bible Church her home and they loved her deeply. Elizabeth loved Jesus and sang songs to Him with her whole heart. She was also well known in the community, as she walked around town and was friendly to all she met. Elizabeth was very giving of her time and generous with everything she had, often giving her possessions to others in need.
Elizabeth wrote “I’m a happy individual in life. I like to make you laugh.” Her friends will always remember her beautiful smile and contagious laugh.
She is survived by her mother, Judy Griffith of Cleveland; a sister, Kerry Griffith of Cleveland; one uncle, Bill Culler of Ashland; and numerous extended family members.
