Despite final loss, Grace Brethren savors memorable season
Come Sunday afternoon, Pierson Ohl and Gunner Hellstrom will be back on the baseball field. The two Grace Brethren High standouts are teammates on the San Francisco Giants’ scout club squad.
“Oh yeah, there’s always the next game to play,” Ohl says with a laugh.
That’s the good news, even as their wholly memorable high school season concluded Friday night by delivering everything but the happy ending.
