Grace College plans to hold in-person graduation
College students have missed a lot during the last year. But Grace College is making sure seniors this year won’t miss graduation.
After years of studying, graduation is that celebratory moment students wait for. Last year’s was canceled, but Grace is trying to make sure no one loses out on that moment.
With just a few months left at Grace College, Senior Kierstyn Worthem didn’t know if she would actually be at Grace.
She was still holding out hope that maybe she could have her family see her walk across the stage and get her diploma. It’s a chance she’s thrilled will come true.
“Whether my family is here with me or back at home or in town watching, they will be able to be a part of my day.”
Grace College’s Executive Vice President Drew Flamm says it was important to the school to make this happen.
