Developing the leader’s inner life will be the focus of the Women’s Leadership Summit this winter at Seal Beach, Calif. Sponsored by Women of Grace USA and open to all women in the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches, it will be held from January 30 to February 1.
Featured speaker will be Teressa Pierce, who spoke at the 2006 summit. She has been actively pursuing women’s ministry opportunities for 25 years through teaching and mentoring and served with her husband in full-time ministry for 15 years. Just months after speaking at the summit in 2006, she and her husband found themselves moving to western North Carolina to help their son’s family through a health crisis.
Chery Boehm is the coordinator for the event.
The summit provides women the opportunity to pursue leadership development with others who serve in similar ministries through vital interactionsand intentional guided discussions. Participants will take home resources that will help them develop leaders in their local ministries.
