The Lodge in Syracuse, Ind., will be the site of the first Focus Retreat for 2018-2019.
Scheduled for October 1-3, 2018, the regional retreats will again be led by Clancy Cruise, executive director of the Charis Fellowship. The initial retreat, the Central Focus, is scheduled for pastors and ministry leaders from Charis Fellowship congregations in the Midwest.
The Retreats provide opportunities for Charis Fellowship leaders to refresh, reflect, and retool.
This year’s Focus Retreat theme will be: Forward! Sessions will focus on moving the Charis Fellowship forward.
The lodge is a ministry of Grace Community Church, Goshen Ind. (Jim Brown, senior pastor). The staff at the church is excited to share this excellent facility with the Charis Fellowship at a discount. The lodge is on 45.19 acres near Syracuse, Ind., with frontage on Boner Lake. It features:
