Wifflefest returns for 22nd year, kicks off July 1
The pandemic forced an abbreviated version of an annual summer tradition in Ashland a year ago, but Wifflefest XXII promises to bring back the popular game of yesteryear bigger and better than ever from July 1-4 at Southview Grace Brethren Church.
“This is kind of what we’re calling our comeback year, just trying to get things back up to speed,” said Elaine Hess, member and CE Ministry Coordinator at Southview Grace Brethren Church. “Last year, we did the abbreviated tournament with just a couple of divisions, so this year we’re trying to return things to where they were with elementary, middle school, high school, adult and the business tournaments.”
