Dr. Christy Hill, faculty member at Grace College and Theological Seminary, returns to Alaska this month to lead a second Transformational Summit. Sponsored by Women of Grace USA, the summit will be held September 28-30 at the Dimond Grace Brethren Church in Anchorage. Dimond Grace is located on the second floor of the Dimond Mall.
Following the theme of “Embossed! Made in the Image of God,” the weekend will look at “Tracing God’s Features,” “Molded by God’s Heart as an Ezer,” and “Shaped by God’s Mind.” There is time in the schedule for small group discussion and the event closes with communion.
Registration information is available online at wgusa.org/embossed. Registrations must be received by September 18.
Also participating in the summit is Women of Grace’s own Janet Minnix, president; Viki Rife, director of communications and director of girls’ ministries; and Sharon MacMillan, board member. They will be visiting Grace Brethren congregations while in the 49th State.
Last year, the first women’s summit was also led by Dr. Hill and focused on “The Transforming Journey of Grace.”
